Editors have announced the details of their UK tour set to start this October.

Frontman of Editors Tom Smith described the musical direction for the new album to be raw and rougher.

GuitaristChristopher Urbanowicz also claims that the theme tune tothe ArnoldSchwarzenegger film Terminator has had an influence on the guitar riffs he has written.
Before their headline tour, Editors will be the first band to play at the Birmingham O2 Academy on September 10.
Dates for the Editors tour include the Edinburgh Picture House (October 12), Manchester Academy (October 16), and London Hammersmith Apollo (October 21) before drawing the tour to a close at the Southhampton Guildhall (October 26).
