Boxing organisers may bump David Haye up to 'super champion' status in order to allow other boxers to fight for the 'regular' title.
Haye should have a mandatory bout against challenger Ruslan Chagaev, but will instead fight Wladimir Klitschko for his IBF and WBO titles.
According to World Boxing News, Haye may well be elevated to 'super champion' status so that Chagaev will have his chance to fight for a title. Possible opponents could be unbeaten Russian Alexander Povetkin and 38 year-old Jean-Marc Mormeck of France.
Boxing tickets are available now.
