Dave Grohl joins Green Day in the line-up for MTV EMAs

The Foo Fighters and Shakira are the latest acts to be announced who will be performing at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin on November 5.
They join Green Day and Leona Lewis who were the first names revealed on the line-up.
Green Day are nominated for Best Live Act, Best Group and Best Rock.
However, Lady Gaga and Kings of Leon top the list of nominations with five each, followed by Beyonce with four.
Green Day's performance at the MTV EMAs will come a few days after the final date of their UK tour for the album 21st Century Breakdown.
The Green Day tour begins at the Glasgow SECC and Clyde Auditorium (October 19) and will be stopping off at other major UK arenas such as the London O2 Arena (October 23 & 24), Birmingham LG Arena (October 27 & 28), Manchester Evening News Arena (October 30 & 31) and the London Wembley Arena (November 1).
Beyonce will be sticking around Europe after the MTV EMAs as her UK tour for the album I Am Sasha Fierce begins at the Liverpool Echo Arena on November 11 before playing other major UK arenas like the Birmingham National Indoor Arena (November 12), London O2 Arena (November 14 & 16), Manchester Evening News Arena (November 18), Newcastle Metro Radio Arena (November 19) and the Nottingham Trent FM Arena (November 20).
Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl will also be in Europe this Winter as part of Them Crooked Vultures as they embark on their headline UK tour throughout December to coincide the November release of their eagerly anticipated new album.
Them Crooked Vultures tour the UK from December 10 at the Plymouth Pavilion before heading for venues including the Birmingham O2 Academy (December 14), Edinburgh Corn Exchange (December 15) and the London HMV Apollo (December 17 & 18).
