Continuity is vital, says Mark Cueto

England winger Mark Cueto will celebrate his 50th cap against Ireland on Saturday, where he hopes his quest for silverware will finally be complete.
England will win the Grand Slam if they defeat Ireland, and Cueto, 31, will pull out all the stops to make sure that happens.
You can count on one hand the times you get something tangible out of rugby, Cueto told the official Six Nations website.
Ive never won anything in seven or eight years with England. Im not getting any younger, so this is a massive opportunity on a personal level.
When you get so little time together, thats such a big factor. And thats what weve had over the last 12-18 months, a clear sense of a squad of players."
