Bjork 2011 UK tour to take place after new album release

Iconic artist Bjork could be about to confirm details of an upcoming UK tour, following comments that she is working on a new album. Speaking to an Icelandic newspaper, the singer-songwriter said she was half way through the follow up to 2007s Volta and expects to be back on tour before the turn of the year.

"Hopefully I will be able to be on tour in the fall," she said.

Bjork is expected to have shows lined up in cities such as Dublin, Belfast, Cardiff, Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow.

Bjork tickets will go on sale as soon as all tour details are announced.
