Ajmal Shahzad latest victim of stomach bug

England fast bowler Ajmal Shahzad is the latest player to suffer from the stomach bug that has already hit captain Andrew Strauss and spin bowler Graeme Swann.

While England are hopeful that Strauss and Swann will recover in time for tomorrow's vital game against the West Indies, Shazad is now a doubt.

"Azmal Shahzad has been struck by (the stomach bug) as well. He probably won't practise but we are not sure if that would affect his chance of playing tomorrow," Strauss told reporters on Wednesday.

"I'm feeling very well, Graeme Swann is also recovering well... I don't know if he's equally buoyant as I am but we are still confident that he will be fine tomorrow."
