Strauss demands England improvement at Cricket World Cup

England captain Andrew Strauss has criticised his team for their fielding performance after only narrowly avoiding defeat against banana skin team, the Netherlands.
All-rounder Ryan ten Doeschate heaped pressure on a lacklustre England team with a man of the match performance, scoring 119 off 110 balls and taking two wickets. England's bowling was awful, with Jimmy Anderson severely struggling. Then, despite a solid start, the batsmen also looked out of sorts until Paul Collingwood and Ravi Bopara took the initiative.
England eventually shuffled over the finishing line with eight balls to spare, but this is one victory they will want to soon forget.
Cricket World Cup tickets are available now.
