Rage Against the Machine and Aerosmith have been confirmed to play the 2010 Download Festival. This year's festival is set to take place from June 11 - 13 at Donington Park and will see performances from the likes of AC/DC, Megadeth and Them Crooked Vultures. It will be one of Rage Against the Machine's first gigs since they controversially clinched the 2009 Christmas Number One with 'Killing in the Name.'

Download Festival tickets are already selling fast and the announcement of both Aerosmith and Rage Against the Machine is likely to boost ticket sales figures. Fans are urged to snap up Download Festival tickets while they are still available.
