Music News 24/7AC/DC set for UK festival?

It is rumoured that AC/DC will be headlining the 2010 Download Festival. According to the official AC/DC website, the rock legends will be headlining the festival which is set to take place next June at Donington Park.
The comment that was posted on the AC/DC site was removed shortly after and the festival's promoter, Live Nation, have suggested that the band probably want to play the 2010 Download event, but they have definitely not been added to the bill.
It is believed that Live Nation and AC/DC will confirm the news in due course. Following the success of the the AC/DC tour earlier this year, there is little doubt that the legendary rockers would be a very popular addition to the Download Festival line-up.
The 2010 Download Festival is set to take place from June 11 - June 13 at Donington Park. Headline acts for the Download Festival are due to be announced soon.
